Energy and Mass Are Relative. The equation E = mc^2 states that the amount of energy possessed by an object is equal to its mass multiplied by the square of the speed of light.

HOpefully it will be helpful for you

this is looking easy .. but actually it has very deeper concept

...... anything which occupy space and mass we call it to the matter ... and we can easily see how the matter interact with energy ....

you can say that matter can't exit without energy ...

and also matter are convertible into energy and energy into mass ..

so the you know about famous mass energy relationship given bi einstein

is E=mc^2 where he broke the low of conservation of motion and gave a very deep understanding of energy and mass relationship .

energy well don't have mass but they can create mass. but mass have energy

energy i thing is that part of our universe which makes us understand how the matters of our surrounding interact to each other ...

although research is still going on the strange relation !

SRK1729: im sorry , here mentioned you law of conservation of motion .... it is not motion but it is mass sorry for the mistake !
ankitasaloafer: its ok...bro
