A fiber is converted to yarn and yarn is converted to fabric. So in order, they serve as raw-material to other in subsequent stage. Once the thread is made (which is yarn), it is used to make fabric - process called as weaving. And obviously fabric is used to make garments.

Hey mate here is your answer
Fabric:- A textile is a flexible material consisting of a network of natural or artificial fibres. Yarn is produced by spinning raw fibres of wool, flax, cotton, hemp, or other materials to produce long strands. Textiles are formed by weaving, knitting, crocheting, knotting, felting, or braiding.
Fibre:- Fibre is a complex carbohydrate (type of sugar) but unlike other carbohydrates, which are broken down by the body to provide fuel in the form of glucose, fibre cannot be digested by the human body.
