What is the relation between Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha?

The Parliament of India consists of two houses - the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. Between the two houses. the Lok Sabha is more powerful than the Rajya Sabha as it has complete control over the finances of the country and the Council of Ministers is collectively responsible to it for its activities.
