Electric Field Intensity (E) = kq/r^2 ....... (a)

Electric Force (F) = kqq'/r^2 ....................(b)

Divide (b) by (a),

F/E = kqq'/r^2 × r^2/kq

F/E = q'

F = E.q'

Thus, relation between E and F can be given as:

Electric Force = q×(Electric Field)

OR

F = q×E
