Answer:

please mark me as brainliest

Explanation:

The findings suggest that pain influences respiration by increasing its flow, frequency, and volume. Furthermore, paced slow breathing is associated with pain reduction in some of the studies, but evidence elucidating the underlying physiological mechanisms of this effect is lacking.

Explanation:

Muscle pain

when we work out after a long time or for the first time we get muscle pain i.e muscle soreness. One of the consequences of vigorous exercise—heavy weight lifting, a tough day of speed work on the track, or the stair climber at the gym—is an accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. Lactic acid is a normal byproduct of muscle metabolism, but it can irritate muscles and cause discomfort and soreness. Muscle soreness associated with exercise is known as delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS. DOMS can make it difficult to walk, reduce your strength, or make your life uncomfortable for a couple of days.

Respiration

now when u r excersising your muscles need more oxygen than they normally use to burn these extra calories. Your blood picks up oxygen as it travels through your lungs and delivers it to the muscles you're using. As your level of activity increases, your breathing rate increases to bring more air (oxygen) into your lungs so that your lungs can pump more oxygen into your blood and out to your muscles.
