Let
F = 1N
m = 1kg
a = 1 ms-2
We know,
F = ma
Substituing the values in the eqn we get,
1N = 1kg x 1 ms-2
since 1kg = 1000g , 1m = 100 cm
1N = 1000 g x 100 cm-2
1N = 105 g cms-2
since 1 dyn = 1 g cm-2
1 N = 105dyn
F = 1N
m = 1kg
a = 1 ms-2
We know,
F = ma
Substituing the values in the eqn we get,
1N = 1kg x 1 ms-2

1N = 105 g cms-2
since 1 dyn = 1 g cm-2
1 N = 105dyn

Newton is the SI unit of force and dyne is the cgs unit of force
1 Newton = 10000 dyne
1 Newton = 10000 dyne
