Time to reach max. height is the time taken by it to reach the topmost position whereas time of flight is the overall time taken by it, i.e. till it reach down back to the thrower or launcher.

And also time of flight is double the time to reach maximum height.

\text{\underline{\underline{Time of Flight}}}

It is the total time for which the object is in flight i.e. remains in air.

It is denoted by \bold{T}.

\text{\underline{\underline{Time to reach Maximum Height}}}

It is the total time for which the object is at its maximum height.

It is denoted by \bold{t}.

\text{\underline{\underline{Relation between T and t}}}

\text{t =} {\dfrac{T}{2}}
