what is the relation salt and blood pressure (b.p)?

if we eat salt more than limit then our b.p become high if we do not eat salt sufficient than our b.p become low

Salt raise amount of sodium in our blood. Hence of kidney becomes unable to filter out blood and remove water from it. So, our blood pressure become high. As our blood contains extra fluid than that of requirement.
