What is the relationship between 0.04 and 0.004

Given two decimal numbers are 0,04 and 0.004

Let ,

x = 0,04 ----------( 1 )

y = 0.004 --------( 2 )

Multiply equation ( 2 ) with 10

10y = 10 × 0.004

10y = 0.04

10 y = x [ from ( 1 ) ]

Therefore , relation between two numbers is ,

10 times of y equals to x , i.e,

( 10 times of 0.004 is equals to 0,04 )
