A democracy is a form by which every citizen is allowed to vote on every issue. Since these are two very different subjects, it is difficult to make any comparative analysis. In a dictatorship, one person (or group) controls all the decision making processes. In a democratic form of governemnt since everyone is supposed to respond to every decision making process, it soon becomes cumberson and so when many people do not choose to participate, it rapidly becomes a dictatorship. Both forms of government exist on our planet, and in my opinion are largely ignored by the majority of the people.
