G is the gravitational constant who's value is

6.67 \times  {10}^{ - 11}  {m}^{3}  {kg}^{ - 1}  {s}^{ - 2}

It is the same everywhere in the universe

Whereas 'g' is the acceleration due to gravity on Earth. Its value is

 \frac{9.81m}{ {s}^{2} }

Mark me as brainliest as a favour if you find this helpful (obviously!).
