the more the human capital formation the more will be productivity of India as there will be more intelligence and creativity of ideas helping in development of India

India is the second most populated country in the world that's why India is very dependent on it's human capital formation for the economic productivity.

The labours are important segment in our production sectors.Inspite of the modernization by advanced technologies we need labour power for doing various monotonous works in the production sectors.

That's why our country is heavily dependent on the human capital formation for the productivity.
