There are difference b/w Innate and adaptive immunity:

1) Innate is no specific while the counter part is.

2) Innate is found in all vertebrates as well as in invertebrates while adaptive is only found in vertebrates.

3) Innate has large working spectrum while adaptive has narrow working spectrum

4)Innate is by birth while adaptive is developed after birth in thymus
