Interphase is the time between cell divisions during which growth and preparation for division occurs while in cell division a cell copies it's DNA , divides the nucleus, separates the sister chromatids , and then splits into two daughter cells.

Hope this will help you

Hey Buddy!

\purple\hookrightarrow Growth in biology involves cell division , cell differentiation and increase in mass of cell. which occurs in a cycle (cell cycle). The cell division results in increase in number of cells (somatic cell) and growth result in increase in mass and size of cell .

Hope it helps!!
