Seat: In a parliament there are a defined number of seats. Number of seats means number of members in parliament.

Constituency: For the purpose of elections the country is divided into many areas known as constituencies. For example, there are 543 constituencies for Lok Sabha elections in India.

Representatives: The person elected by the people who represent the people are known as Representatives.
