What is the relationship between time period and angular velocity for a body which is in uniform circular motion?

In a circular motion, angular velocity ω is the angle covered divided by the time taken or, time rate of angle covered.

The time period T is the time taken to repeat the motion. So it the time taken to complete one circle and 2 π radians.

         T = 2 π / ω    or    ω = d θ / d t  = 2 π / T
