 \underline{ \bf{Proton \:  - \: }}

The positive subatomic particle of the atom is known as proton. Each proton has mass of 1 u.

 \underline { \bf{electron - }}

The negative subatomic particle of the atom is known as electron. The mass of an electron is negligible.

 \underline{ \bf{atomic \:mass - }}

Atomic mass is the mass of it's Nucleus. Since the nucleus contains protons and Neutron, the total atomic mass can be defined as the sum of masses of protons and Neutrons. Each neutron has the mass of 1u .

 \underline{ \bf{atomic \: number - }}

Atomic number is the number of protons present in the atom. Since a neutral atom has equal number of electrons and protons, the atomic number is also the number of electrons present in the atom.
