What is the residue and colourof residue when hydrated copper sulphate is heated?

When hydrated copper sulphate (CuSO4.5H2O) is heated, the water of crystallisation is removed from hydrated copper(II) sulfate.

Then the Blue colour of copper sulphate changes to White.

When water is added again, it regains its Blue colour.
