What is the residue left in the boiling tube when ferrous sulphate crystal are strongly heated?

Explanation:

on heating ferrous sulphate it decomposes into ferric oxide Fe2O3 (residue) which is red in colour. When ferrous sulphate crystals are heated, the residue obtained in test tube is red colour.
