10, 20, 20 in the right are in series, the whole of which is in parallel with 30. again, the resultant of that is in series with 10 and 10.
R' = 20 + 20 + 10 = 50
R'' = R' x 30 / R' + 30 = 50x30/50+30 = 1500/80 = 18.75
R = R'' + 10 + 10 = 18.75 + 10 + 10 = 38.75 ohm
