Explanation:

given L= 12 m

radius = 2× 10^-4 m

p= 3.14×10 ^-8

as the radius is given so the wire is in the form of circle

so area of circle = py r square

= 3.14×(2×10^-4)^2

= 3.14×4×10^-8m^2

we know that

p= R×A/l

R= p×l/A

= 3.14×10^-8×12/3.14×10^-8×4

=12/4

=3 ohm
