What is the resistance of a wire of length 300 m, area of cross section 1 mm² and resistivity 1.0 × 10-⁷ ohm- m?​

Answer:

R = ρ l / A

l = 300 m

ρ = 1.0 × 10^-7

A = 1 mm2

first convert it into m2

so,

1 mm2 = 1× 10^-6 m2

then ,

.R = 10× 10^-7 × 300 / 1× 10^-6

R = 300 Ω
