What is the resistance of a wire of length of 1m, resistivity of 1.24*10^-6ohm metre and thickness of 7*10^-4m

  3. thickness d=7×10^-4 metres
  4. area =   \frac{\pi}{4}  \times  {d}^{2}
  5. so area =3.84845×10^_7 sq. mt
  6. resitance =  \frac{resistivity \times lenth}{area}
  7. so resistance=
  8.    \frac{1.24 \times  {10}^{ - 6}  \times 1}{3.84845 \times  {10}^{ - 7} }
  9. =3.22 ohms
