When we will add 100g of 0°C and 100g of water at 100°C then,

  • As we know, the water gets freezed at 0°C while water starts boiling at 100°C.
  • Now, on mixing them together, there will be a sudden change in temperature and this will result in the formation of steam.

Therefore, the water will immediately get converted in steam.
