bcbcb for the 2nd stanza

Fire and ice is a great poem written by ROBERT FROST. The words in the rhyme scheme are the main content of the poem. Here 'Fire' mean 'desire' and' ice' mean 'hate'. Fire and ice are equally capable of perishing the world. The poet believes that the fire will give its best in this process and stand by the people who support fire. Fire is nothing but the desire of a man which is the increase in selfishness of a man and the greed, these factors work more efficiently in destroying the world. If fire is not able to give its best and the wrold wants to perish twice ice can do so. Ice is nothing but the hate, the hate feeling of a human is at worse and will continue. So, of course, they (rhyme scheme) help in the contrasting ideas in this poem.

Hope it helps you ☺️
