what is the risk involved swapping the personalities according to the mr.pearson

Before Mrs. Pearson clearly understood the swapping process, she said that she couldn't possibly let someone else handle her family. She said her family would resent it and wouldn't listen at all. But after swapping, her main concern was that she didn't want to be in Mrs. Fitzgerald's body forever.
