Adrenaline or epinephrine is both a hormone as Well as neurotransmitter released from adrenal medulla of adrenal gland
It helps in dilation of blood vessels,regulation of carbohydrate metabolism and etc ..
Hence it is said as stress hormone i.e fight or flight hormone..
