Hlo mate here is ur ans......

I am sure you are asking about the differenbce between SE and SSE .SE - System engineer ( designation alloted to freshers after there probation period)SSE - Senior System Engineer ( after promotion from SE you become SSE)SET - 3.5 lkhpa (System Engineer Trainee)SE - 3.6–3.8 LKPA (depends on the performance of your training )Normal hike is around 8–10 percent per year so it takes approx 2 years to become SSE .Say the person is getting 8 percent hike per year then the package would be around 4.3 LKPa before promotion.During promotion you get around 30 percent of hike .So package of SSE after promotion will be around 5.5 -5.8 LKPA.But it depends on the performance and your bonding with your TL and Manager .

Answer:

I am sure you are asking about the differenbce between SE and SSE .

SE - System engineer ( designation alloted to freshers after there probation period)

SSE - Senior System Engineer ( after promotion from SE you become SSE)

SET - 3.5 lkhpa (System Engineer Trainee)

SE - 3.6–3.8 LKPA (depends on the performance of your training )

Normal hike is around 8–10 percent per year so it takes approx 2 years to become SSE .

Say the person is getting 8 percent hike per year then the package would be around 4.3 LKPa before promotion.

During promotion you get around 30 percent of hike .

So package of SSE after promotion will be around 5.5 -5.8 LKPA.

But it depends on the performance and your bonding with your TL and Manager
