bacteria helps in the decomposition of wastes ,and after the decomposition of waste material by bacteria it leads to the creation of nitrogen's oxides and this nitrogen's oxides works as fertilizer which leads to the good crops and we don't need of any chemicals' made fertilizer. i means it helps in increasing the fertility of soil.hope it helped you !
