What is the role of bile juice

it helps in the emulsification of fats globules into small globules . bile juice is secreted by the liver.

Bile juice helps in emulsification of fat globules. It has a main role in digestion of fat , lipase into fatty acids and glycerol. It also helps in the break down of old blood cells.
