What is the role of "BRAINLY LEADERS"?

A boss says "go" while a leader says, "let's go". That's the difference between a boss and a leader. A boss orders while a leader believes in unity. A leader has certain qualities cause of which he's selected to lead a team.

BRAINLY is an educational site, it also has some special teams like the STAR TEAM, BENEFACTOR TEAM and at last the MODERATOR TEAM. They all are different from each other but there is a leader who leads it keep the inspiration high. A leader motivates and encourages the team.

First of all, if I'd talk about the star team, they're leaded by @praneethworldtopper and @nikki57, they never show themselves as leaders first but as a friend. They do not warn the members for the mistakes they did, they try making them understand. They observe the users and decide the ones who're eligible for the team... Isn't it tough!? no one can realize this until they put themselves in other's shoes.

Now about the BENEFACTORS TEAM, well, this team is lead by @shati and @duragpalsingh, I've been there in the team for a month and I really felt them very friendly and helping, they guide us and recruit members in the team, without them I won't have reached to the mod team.

Now at last about the MODERATORS TEAM, this team is leaded by @kimmus and its true to be said that brainly has got the best leader ever. She observes, guides and takes care of every special team of brainly and she's really supporting.

All the leaders try doing their best, while @rishilaugh sir always inspires us and being the admin he helps each and every member of the brainly team and even helps in making its space better and more comfortable for the users.

A good leader ensures team members' energy is high to perform the job to their very best. An efficient leader motivates team members by building trust and confidence in them so that, they take a positive approach to the job and the organization at large.
