A constitution provides the framework on which a nation’s government (or any other political entity) is based. It should set out clearly how the government is organized, what each part of the government can and can not do and - perhaps most importantly - what are the rights of the citizens.India is a democratic country and under its constitution india gives its citizens the basic human rights and ensures its implementation.indian citizens have their own freedom
