Every developing nation ultimately aims to achieve for itself the title of a developed nation. While people still debate to properly define the criteria for a nation to be called developed, it is widely regarded that a nation should have a healthy gross domestic product(GDP) and a human development index(HDI) rating. The HDI includes education, health, lifestyle of living, life-expectancy into the already agreed economic criterion.
Basic education is just primary education and lower secondary education till junior high school. It can also be informal consisting of experiences and interactions with family, friends and general people at some point in our childhood.
