Education has the most important role in the formation of human capital .education means all over development of human .human capital means when a human is physically and mentally fit and healthy .education teaches us to be healthy and fit mentally and physically .if you say that capital means money then also education has the most important role because it is only the education which teaches about manner and about our personality and makes us a litterate person that gives us job or employment through which we earn money which is capital
