Epiglotis is a flap like structure which closes the entrance to wind pipe during breathing. Diaphgram is the muscular structure that separates the lungs and the lower abdomen

THE EPIGLOTTIS IS A FLAP IN THE OPENING OF WIND PIPE . WHICH CAN OPEN AND CLOSE SIMULTANEOUSLY.THE DIAPHGRAM IS A MUSCULAR STRUCTURE WHICH SEPARATES THE LUNGSĀ FROM LOWER ABDOMEN.
