Fat is a backup source of energy to fuel our workout when carbohydrates are not available.They are stored in our body and can be used whenever we need. They are an essential part of our diet. It provides energy, absorbs certain nutrients and maintains your core body temperature.

Fats provide more energy than carbohydrates but it doesn't mean we have alot of fats as itwill cause obesity and heart attack because the excess fat is storedunder the skin and around the heart as layers but the more fatty foods we havethe layer keeps multiplying which blocks the flow of blood tothe heart. if help full plzz marks as brillant answer.
