What is the role of government and citizens in bringing Social justice to the worker?

govt can bring social justice to workers by following following measures
. making rules , regulations for the unorganised sector as most of the workers are employed in unorganised sector and inspect the proer functioning of these rules
. govt should incourage cooperatives and self - help groups
. govt should check informal sources of loans because they lead at whatever interest rate they choose and use unfair means to get their money back
. govt should check that the banks give loans not just to profit making businessman but also to workers
. govt should reduce flexibility in labour laws so that workers get job security,proper wages and other working allowance.
