Haemoglobin is the pigment present in our blood, which is majorly responsible for the red colour of it.

Haemoglobin's presence in blood is the key factor 'cause of which, the transportation of gases takes place. The blood oxygen gets stuck and is effectively carried along the vessels to the target point.
