● Resources can be developed only if a population of a country is healthy enough to complete the resourceful tasks as a weak and undeveloped nation cannot lead to a resourceful country.

Hola

Here is your answer :)

Proper health and Education play an important role in developing the human resources.

1. Education is the important part as a well educated person can develop the country in a better way than the one who is less educated.

2. Education also helps to understand what is right and what is wrong for a particular situation. It helps us to deal with the difficulties properly.

3. One with a good health can do everything than the one who has a poor health. Health is everything as it's said that health is wealth.
No matter if a person is very rich or very famous but If the person has poor health there's no use of all the richness. He/she won't be able to arrange things properly and won't have much knowledge if he/she is always on the bed with poor health.

4 While in case of person having good health everything seems possible and good in developing the country. The person can do anything having a good health. He / she can deal with the difficult situations with good activeness.

Hope it helps
