The health of a person helps him to realise his potential and ability to fight illness. An unhealthy person become a liability for an organisation indeed ; health is an indispensable basis for realising ones well being.

Health really plays an important role in human capital formation because a person who is unhealthy is a liability to the society or the country as a whole.Due to poor health, the person may not be able to contribute more to the society. He could not work for his earning or could not complete his education in a proper way.Hope it helps and pls mark as the best answer. :-)
