Helen's parents were quite qorried for their daughyer who was a specially abled child but it didnt put down their spirits. They looked for schools which would accomodate helen. Helens mother had read divkens american notes which gave them a ray of hope. On approaching perkins institution they were informed that soon a teacher would be sent who was anne sullivan. Thus they are a role model for other parents. They give the message that we should not lose hope even in difficult situations and work for good...
