These enzymes are secreted by the pancreas into the duodenum.

The enzymes include:

1)intestinal amylase that breaks down starch itno maltose and maltase breaks down maltose into glucose

2) intestinal protease converts proteins into amino acids

3) intestinal lipase converts fats or lipids itno fatty acids and glycerol
