Role of the Judge

The judge is a senior and highly qualified person in the matters of law. He/She hears the charges, and evidence produced in the court by both sides , i.e., the prosecutor and the defence. He/She then takes a Holistic view of the case and give judgement on the case. He/She gives out the punishment compensation etc to the aggrieved.
