It helps the government in maintaining law and order within the country.


There are many courts within the state which help the government in maintaining law and order.


These courts punish the criminals if crimes are done.


It helps to create a peaceful society.

judiciary plays an important role in the federal system.

1.judiciary has important function in overseeing the implementation of constitutional provinces and procedures.

2.in case of dispute between state and the central govt the high court and the Supreme Court can act as a adjudicator.

3.state govt and central govt can raise resources by levying taxes in order to carry on the government and the responsibilities assigned to each of them.
