breaking down of fat by the bile salts is called emulsification... Then it makes smaller particles.

After that... it is digested by lipase enzyme which is secreted by pancreas and Small intestinal Brunners glands and forms Fatty acids and Glycerol. Then these are absorbed by villi of intestine...
