many countries like india, bangladesh, pakistan , sri lanka ,etc.. countries are migrating its population to the developed countries like U.S.A, canada, japan, england , we could say that the migration of peoples are not same, in usa the peoples do not have to migrate because the migration is not necessary in such developed countries.
