nucleus have nucleolus in it which further manufacture ribosomes.Ribosomes are made from DNA and proteins .chromoses have dna which carry gens and transefer characteristics frm parents to off springs .....it has chromatin material which is entangled mass nd when the cell is in dividing stage chromatin material chnges into chromosomes
