philosophers played an important role in the revolution held in france. the writing or books of the philosophers encouraged the citizens to fight for their rights against the louis 16th. the books wrote by them such as two treaties of govt. , the social contract , the spirit of law..etc played a significant role .. some of the main philosophers of that time are john locke,jean jaques rossuseu and montesqui . the ideas of these philosophers begain to be discussed in the coffee houses and saloons.so they played a role to en courage people to fight 4 their rights....
