after 1791, the poor section of the third estate stared making poltical clubs from which the Jacobin club was the most important this led to the fall of luis 16th and than he sentenced to death than the leader of the Jacobin club who was Maximilian Robespierre started to rule there . because of political clubs france became free from the rule of luis 16th.
