▶Political executives are "elected" and are not on permanent. They get out of power when their government is not in power.The final decision is always of the political executives. These is the parliament members. For example the political leaders.
⏩Working criterion :-
▶Political leaders who take big decisions fall in the category of political executive. The minister is elected by the people and is answerable to all for the implementations of his decision. The minister decides the overall framework and objectives in which decisions on policy should be made.
▶The Permanent Executive consists of the civil servants who remain in office even when the ruling party changes.Yet,as the minister is elected by the people, he holds an important position in the policy making aspects when compared to the Permanent Executive who have more expert knowledge of the subject.
